about

  • What are some of your interests/hobbies/favorite pastimes?
I enjoy tending to the cattle on the farm, fishing, racing and customizing vehicles.
  • Who are your role models?
My role model is definitely my father. He has taught me everything I know.
  • Do you have any ‘pre-show’ rituals you run through?
I always take a walk on the track before the show all while listening to some of my favorite music. It gets me mentally ready for the show.
  • What’s something a lot of people don’t know about you?
Some people don’t know that my dad is the driver of the Big Kahuna Monster Jam truck and that I work on it in my off time or when I am not behind the wheel of the EarthShaker truck!
  • What is your favorite memory on or off the race track?
My favorite memory is when all of the athletes and I went to Monster Jam University and we were able to spend time together and really bond as a team.

life on the road

  • What is the best and worst thing about being on the road every weekend with Monster Jam?
I love to travel and visit new places and see new things!
  • While on the road, what is your favorite thing to do during your free time?
When traveling, I enjoy exploring new places as well as different types of food.
  • How do you keep fit?
I keep fit by eating and working out. It is idea to stay fit on the Triple Threat Series because we pilot three different machines during each show and you need to be at the top of your game.
  • What item(s) can you not live without while traveling on the road with Monster Jam?
There is no way I could live without my gear. Or my lucky boots!
  • What is your favorite city to travel to? Why?
Las Vegas, of course! That is where the entire Monster Jam family gets together and we all get to spend time with each other.

career

  • How did you get started competing in Monster Jam?
My dad built his own Monster Jam truck and started competing in 2013 and I have helped work on that truck ever since. In 2015, I had the opportunity go to Monster Jam University and train with 11-time Monster Jam World Final champion Tom Meents.
  • What is your favorite part about competing in Monster Jam?
It has to be the Monster Jam fans. Without them, I would not be here!
  • How would you describe your driving style?
My driving style will get fans on the edge-of-their-seats. There’s nothing like hearing the 1,500 horsepower engine screaming out of the tunnel!
  • What advice would you give to kids who want to become a Monster Jam driver?
Don’t ever give up on your dreams. Keep chasing them and stop at nothing to succeed.
  • What is your greatest memory as a Monster Jam driver?
When I won my first competition. It is always a great feeling to win, but the first time is bitter sweet.
  • Who in Monster Jam do you look up to for inspiration?
My inspiration has to come from Tom Meents. Although my dad has taught me everything I need to know about the trucks, Tom has taught me how to drive these machines. From where he started to where he is now still amazes me.

  • Do you have any nicknames?
    Lil’ Kahuna
  • What’s your favorite movie?
    Days of Thunder
  • What’s your favorite television show?

    Blue

    Italian food!

A crazy adrenaline junkie that never sits still.
